So What’s Included?

Your new prefabricated home or villa can if you wish, be delivered to include pretty much everything needed for it to be completed as a ‘turnkey house’. From top to bottom, and virtually all that you will need inside too. (You are of course welcome to supply any of the internal fitments and fixtures yourself if you prefer.)

All of our included components, fixtures, fittings and finishes, despite being available in various specifications are always of good quality.

Be it from 'basic', to the most popular mid-range selection, and with the option to upgrade to even high specification or designer label design items for kitchens and bathrooms for example.

Maybe add a few luxury extra’s, such as bespoke stairs or entrance doors etc.

But the choice is always yours to select and specify as appropriate. (Possibly the end use, target market or budget will dictate you choice.)

We never forget that for whatever reason, you may wish to supply some, (or even all) of the interior fixtures and fittings yourself.

We would therefore be pleased to just supply the structure only for example, if required.

Lifestyle Kitchens

One of the most important rooms in the house.
Frequently the one that is dreamt about even before the house if fully designed. Every kitchen is bespoke manufactured to your (or your interior designer’s) exact specifications and plan. With numerous styles to address all design concepts, and offering endless possibilities to personalise your kitchen. Traditional styles with melamine faced decorative panel doors, to the clean lines of the ultra-modern with high-gloss acrylic finishes in numerous colours. Stainless steel tops, new function designer taps and faucets... Work tops in artificial stone for example, or maybe stainless steel. Handles and knobs in many sizes and styles.

Bathrooms

There has never been a time when choices and options for bathrooms has been greater (even though it’s often referred to as ‘the smallest room in the house’). From the simply functional, to havens of luxury and tranquility. Free-standing baths, whirlpools and jacuzzi’s, all in an array of sizes, shapes and styles. Shower cabins, cubicles and options to meet all tastes and requirements. An endless choices of shower heads, rain heads, body massage panels, taps, auto-sensor taps and faucets. Vanity units, wall mounted, free standing...

Bedrooms and Storage

All storage solutions are individually made to your designs and requirements. With no real limits, and everything bespoke, it is impossible to show everything... From the smallest dressing units, to totally concealed storage. Walk-in wardrobes and dressing rooms, purpose fitted and equipped to address your lifestyle.

Stairs

More than just functional, staircases can make a bold statement. Opportunities with stairs are frequently missed, and they can be a very important feature of the entire design and concept of your new home. Staircases in all-glass, steel, combinations, carved wood... grand and elegant, spiral... All individually hand-made and crafted to compliment your vision.

Windows

Numerous choices of double-glazed windows such as thermal break aluminium, PVC and hardwood. And style possibilities to suit every design. Sliding, bi-fold, corner butt, tilt and turn, casement... all individually manufactured for your project and required thermal specifications.

Doors, Floors and Finishes

Entry doors, internal doors, off-set pivot, concealed sliding, all glass, floor to ceiling, garage doors...
Whatever your location, whatever your climate, whatever your preferred style, there are choices of floor finishes in marble, laminate, wood block, ceramic...

Exterior

There are many external choices for your new home . . . not just design and technical specifications, but finish and materials as well. Apart from this including the walls themselves, (all of which are highly insulated for both thermal and acoustic performance) it also means choices of wall finishes and colours. Textured stucco, brick detail, smooth finish, cultured stone, decorative cladding panels or timber siding... Maybe combinations of each or relief detail for added contrast... Terrace balustrades... glass and virtually invisible, with stainless steel surrounds, decorative, hardwood. Then depending on the style, there are choices for the roof as well.

THE MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY COST WITH ALL THESE HIGH QUALITY CHOICES INCLUDED?

Less than you probably think!

But as every house we manufacture is totally different and bespoke, including being for varying global conditions, there can obviously be no 'fixed' price. (Many 'pre-designed' house suppliers use the same specifications for a house, irrespective of climate, humidity, geological or geographic location.) Our calculations start primarily from the m2 constructed size, + specification and number of levels...But numerous other factors can and do play a big part in the final calculated price. So just the m2 is insufficient to really provide any guidance.

Apart from your own bespoke requirements, there are structural and thermal parameter requirements, and also those relating to particular global climatic and geological / seismic and wind conditions plus local regulations etc as well..

Important to us is achieving your goal, and we will always do our best to advise accordingly, the best ways and choices to meet your target budget.

We will always do our best to guide and advise accurately, but please appreciate that the vast majority of the above elements are very much dictated by the specific project, individual country and location and local conditions. Many are specialist trades and are not part of prefabricated construction.

Please note: With the infinite selection and choices of light switches and sockets etc now readily available, and the frequently changing global compliancy requirements for these and all cables etc, experience has shown it is invariably best for all to be locally selected and supplied. Please speak to us as regards this.

(Internal wall ducting / tubing etc will still be factory pre-installed.)
